Optional Insurance: Available at checkout for an additional fee. If not purchased, QualitySprays is not liable for lost/stolen packages once the carrier has them.
Order Marked as Delivered But Not Received
It’s possible for carriers to mark a package as delivered before it physically arrives.
Wait 72 hours and check with neighbors. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us.
Products Returned to Sender
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may request a reshipment for a $15.99 fee.
Lost packages resulting from a customer’s address error may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Returns & Refunds
No Returns or Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds except in specific cases within our control.
Missing Items: If anything is missing from your order, notify us within 3 days. We document and weigh packages prior to shipment to deter fraudulent claims.
