Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Information

  • Ships Within 24 Hours: We strive to dispatch orders within one business day of confirmed payment.
  • Packaging & Protection: We currently use a temporary box with foam inserts (instead of plastic) for reinforced protection.
  • Carrier & Transit Time: Orders typically ship via UPS Air from the Northeast. Average delivery is about 2 business days, but please note carrier-related delays are beyond our control.
  • Orders Over $500: Require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
  • Optional Insurance: Available at checkout for an additional fee. If not purchased, QualitySprays is not liable for lost/stolen packages once the carrier has them.

Order Marked as Delivered But Not Received

  • It’s possible for carriers to mark a package as delivered before it physically arrives.
  • Wait 72 hours and check with neighbors. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us.

Products Returned to Sender

  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may request a reshipment for a $15.99 fee.
  • Lost packages resulting from a customer’s address error may not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Returns & Refunds

  • No Returns or Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds except in specific cases within our control.
  • Missing Items: If anything is missing from your order, notify us within 3 days. We document and weigh packages prior to shipment to deter fraudulent claims.

Changing/Cancelling Orders

  • Once an order is placed, changes are not guaranteed. If the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
